Every day Signaldeck collects and analyzes a great amount of data to understand the story and health of each climate-tech venture. With hundreds of data sources and billions of data points, the team needed a product surface that could surface correlations and an unbiased ML-based score without overwhelming operators.

The challenge was clarity under density: keep institutional-grade depth while making weekly diligence feel like a calm review, not a spreadsheet marathon.

We reframed the product around three jobs: scan, compare, and commit. Visual hierarchy separates narrative summary from raw evidence. Branding stays cool and precise — a signal, not a spectacle — so trust stays with the data.

Outcome: analysts reported faster first-pass reviews, and founders understood their score drivers without a training deck.
